30 Day Challenge


Challenge: For 30 days, write down two things that you are grateful for. Then write an affirmation to invite more of these things into your life. Lastly, write down a prayer that thanks the world, God, Spirit, or whatever you believe in for allowing you to enjoy these things.

An example:
I am grateful for breath.
I am grateful for sight.

I can fully see and appreciate all of the beautiful joys in the world. I breathe in all the goodness of the Divine and breathe our all of my anxieties.

Thank you, God, for giving me the gift of sight so that I can take in the wonders of the world. Thank you for the breath you breathe into me each and every day - helping me to remember that I am alive.
